First, select a package and choose a date for our courier to pickup your VHS tapes! (Pickups are currently running 10am - 8pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays.)

Second, respond to our confirmation email or phone call, and put your tapes in a box or bag ready to be picked up for the hour you’ve selected!

Third, receive a link to your newly digitized tapes in 4-8 days privately through the cloud, and if purchased separately, have a USB Stick delivered to you the following Tuesday for safekeeping!

Once everything’s done & you’re totally happy, we will return your original tapes. We can also recycle them for you!
